About the Role
The Corporate Marketing department's mission is to provide high-quality customer experiences across all touchpoints, utilizing both online and offline channels. This role contributes to increasing brand awareness and generating leads for products and services by executing marketing programs optimally across various channels and maximizing their effectiveness. The role also involves providing advice and support on channel utilization and regulations as a specialized marketing organization, and supporting business growth by setting and achieving specific, measurable goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage production and project management to meet quality, cost, and delivery time requirements, considering the overall request (purpose, priority, cost, desired delivery date, volume, difficulty).
- Explain production flows and present necessary preparation materials to requesters to ensure smooth production and completion.
- Accurately understand the company's brand guidelines and explain them with justification to internal stakeholders and production vendors for promotional activities.
- Continuously explore possibilities for improving existing work processes, contributing to increased productivity and reduced risk of errors by proposing and implementing improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing communications.
- Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders regarding production.
- Native-level Japanese and English proficiency (for reading guidelines and email communication).
- Excellent writing skills.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Office.
