About the Role
This role provides technical direction for acquiring and card scheme projects, involving analysis of card scheme requirements and specifications, tracking certified products, and participating in compliance reviews. The position requires close liaison with project managers and support teams, and the delivery of documented solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and technical direction for acquiring & card scheme projects
- Analysis of card scheme requirements & specifications
- Track certified card scheme products/services
- Participate in card scheme compliance article & bulleting review processes
- Liaise closely with Project Managers, Scrum Masters and Support Teams across regions
- Deliver and present clear documented solutions for use by other domains
Requirements
- Experienced Payments Engineer with focus on Acquiring and Scheme Compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills with analytical mind-set and high work ethic
- 5+ years working experience in a similar role
- Hold a third level Business, IT or Finance degree (or equivalent experience)
