About the Role

RB Holdings is seeking a Commis Waiter to join the team at Oswald's restaurant. This role involves supporting excellent guest service by maintaining menu knowledge and service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong knowledge of the menu and service styles to support excellent guest service.
  • Maintain table settings and mise-en-place standards before, during, and after service.
  • Assist the Head Waiter and Chef de Rang to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role and establishment is beneficial.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional manner.

Salary/Compensations

  • £35k per annum
