About the Role
Lancer Scott is seeking a mobile Electrical Engineer to cover North West London, performing reactive repairs, maintenance, and minor project works. This role involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining accurate records, and working on domestic, industrial, and commercial installations. The position offers opportunities for overtime and participation in an out-of-hours callout rota.
Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive repairs and maintenance, and minor project works in North West London.
- Ensure compliance with safe systems of work, risk assessments, method statements, and company health and safety policy.
- Comply with specific client working processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of works done and any further works or recommendations required.
- Carry out Planned and reactive repairs to meet SLA attendance and completion deadlines.
- Undertake additional multi-skilled tasks with good building services knowledge.
- Carry out minor new works and project installations.
- Be proactive, customer-focused, and a good communicator.
- Adhere to Lancer Scott FM procedures and systems, maintaining clear and legible records.
- Undertake works on domestic, industrial, and commercial installations.
- Be available to work out of hours from time to time and participate in the callout rota.
Requirements
- Approved City & Guilds Electrician or Building Services equivalent qualification.
- Qualified to 18th Edition IEE regulations.
- Good organizational skills and a positive outlook.
- Good interpersonal & communicating skills with a flexible approach to work requirements.
- Capable of using PDA to utilize company CAFM system and emails.
- City & Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection qualified (Desirable).
- Gold CSCS Card Holder (Desirable).
- Site Health & Safety Training (Desirable).
- First Aid training (Desirable).
