About the Role

As a mobile Electrical Engineer, you will cover the Kingston upon Thames area, performing reactive repairs, maintenance, and minor project works while ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and client-specific procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out reactive repairs and maintenance, and minor project works in the Kingston upon Thames area.
  • Ensure compliance with safe systems of work, risk assessments, method statements, and company health and safety policy.
  • Comply with specific client working processes and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of works completed and recommendations for further action.
  • Perform planned and reactive repairs, meeting SLA attendance and completion deadlines.
  • Undertake additional multi-skilled tasks leveraging good building services knowledge.
  • Execute minor new works and project installations.
  • Adhere to Lancer Scott FM procedures and systems, maintaining clear records.
  • Perform work on domestic, industrial, and commercial installations.
  • Be available for out-of-hours work and participate in the callout rota.

Requirements

  • Approved City & Guilds Electrician or Building Services equivalent qualification.
  • Qualified to 18th Edition IEE regulations.
  • Good organizational skills and a positive outlook.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a flexible approach.
  • Ability to use a PDA for the company CAFM system and emails.
  • City & Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection qualified (Desirable).
  • Gold CSCS Card Holder (Desirable).
  • Site Health & Safety Training (Desirable).
  • First Aid training (Desirable).
