About the Role
As a mobile Electrical Engineer, you will cover the Kingston upon Thames area, performing reactive repairs, maintenance, and minor project works while ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and client-specific procedures.
Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive repairs and maintenance, and minor project works in the Kingston upon Thames area.
- Ensure compliance with safe systems of work, risk assessments, method statements, and company health and safety policy.
- Comply with specific client working processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of works completed and recommendations for further action.
- Perform planned and reactive repairs, meeting SLA attendance and completion deadlines.
- Undertake additional multi-skilled tasks leveraging good building services knowledge.
- Execute minor new works and project installations.
- Adhere to Lancer Scott FM procedures and systems, maintaining clear records.
- Perform work on domestic, industrial, and commercial installations.
- Be available for out-of-hours work and participate in the callout rota.
Requirements
- Approved City & Guilds Electrician or Building Services equivalent qualification.
- Qualified to 18th Edition IEE regulations.
- Good organizational skills and a positive outlook.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a flexible approach.
- Ability to use a PDA for the company CAFM system and emails.
- City & Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection qualified (Desirable).
- Gold CSCS Card Holder (Desirable).
- Site Health & Safety Training (Desirable).
- First Aid training (Desirable).
