About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shop Operations Specialist with Finnish language skills to support the growth and success of our Finnish shop. This role focuses on ensuring accurate and up-to-date product listings, managing product changes, promotions, and maintaining high-quality shop content to enhance the customer experience and support commercial goals in the Finnish market.
Responsibilities
- Manage product listings and product changes in the Finnish shop
- Ensure products are correctly categorized, activated, and visible to customers
- Maintain high-quality product content
- Create and manage promotions
- Perform quality checks and proactively identify and fix content issues
- Support translations and adapt website content for the Finnish market
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Content Team, Vendor Managers, Category Management and Campaigns Team
- Contribute to continuous improvements of shop processes and content quality
- Help reduce backlog and ensure timely execution of operational tasks
Requirements
- Fluent Finnish (C2 level) and communicative English
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- A hands-on, execution-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
