About the Role

In this critical position, you will own the development, health, and execution of the company's operational pillars and people management. This is a hands-on leadership role that offers a seat at the leadership table and significant influence on the company's direction.

Responsibilities

  • Define talent attraction, assessment, and hiring processes, including building the team.
  • Personally manage full-cycle searches for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Own initiatives for employee retention and engagement, including onboarding and development.
  • Ensure smooth and compliant execution of the employee lifecycle and core HR processes.
  • Partner with the management team to integrate People topics into strategic decisions.
  • Support recurring reporting to the holding group on headcount, hiring metrics, and related topics.
  • Own the candidate and employee experience and the company's presence in talent markets.
  • Map and rebuild internal processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce overhead.
  • Own operating cadence, planning cycles, goal setting, and management meetings.
  • Own recurring reporting to the holding group on business KPIs, headcount, hiring metrics, budget performance, and operational updates.
  • Maintain internal controls, purchasing policies, payroll, expense management, contracts, and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee budget and cash flow forecasting, and manage external accounting and tax partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Administration, Finance, or Human Resources.
  • Strong background in people management (Recruiting & People development), process improvement, financial, and company reporting.
  • Proven track record of building or significantly shaping a function and readiness to lead a small team.
  • Breadth across recruitment and people operations/retention, comfortable owning the full employee lifecycle.
  • Ability to be both strategic and hands-on.
  • Strong stakeholder management at the leadership level.
  • Experience reporting to a board, group, or holding structure is a plus.
  • Fluent English and German are mandatory.
