About the Role

This is a leadership position responsible for the IT support, data maintenance, and office management team. You will drive the strategic planning, management, and advancement of all digitalization initiatives, including the introduction and optimization of digital applications and work processes. You will also support the administration and development of the Mac-based IT landscape and the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring efficient IT and office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and disciplinary leadership for two employees in IT support, data maintenance, and office management.
  • Undertake strategic planning, management, and further development of all digitalization topics.
  • Implement and optimize existing digital applications and work processes.
  • Support the administration and further development of the Mac-based IT landscape and the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Ensure efficient and smooth IT and office operations.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, university degree, or comparable qualification.
  • Work experience in a comparable position, ideally with personnel management experience.
  • Experience in planning and implementing digitalization projects.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and a high affinity for digital tools and modern working methods.
  • Sound knowledge of MacOS and experience in administering a Mac environment are advantageous.
  • English language skills, particularly in specialized terminology.
  • Service-oriented, flexible, and networked thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Responsible, structured, and reliable work approach.
  • Enjoy actively shaping change.
