About the Role
Procurement Operation covers all categories: EM & Indirect, responsible for procurement operation process (PTP, PO to Payment) management and execution.
Responsibilities
- Work with SAP IT team to translate business process and requirements to SAP S4/HANA solution.
- Proactively and effectively communicate progress of owned pending and active projects throughout the life cycle.
- Manage and support contracts in Ariba and SAP (Allocation Report, Contract Coverage report, etc.).
- Manage prices in Ariba and SAP.
- Manage POs in Ariba and SAP.
- Manage Vendor Master Data (Vendor creation and Plant extension).
- Resolve invoices.
- Generate reports (Supplier Performance Report, Review on LT & MOQ, Supplier Quality Audit, etc.).
- Provide system support (System Issue resolution, Audit support).
- Complete other tasks as assigned by Management.
- Ensure smooth procurement operations, avoiding interruptions in materials/services for end-users.
- Deliver summaries and reports for category management.
- Improve P2P E2E process efficiency.
- Implement digitalization where applicable.
Requirements
- Experience with SAP S4/HANA – Materials Management, Stock Information, PO placement.
- Experience with Ariba – Contract Management.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite for communication and data analysis.
- Experience with Sharepoint for data storage.
- Experience with Microsoft One Drive for storing Supplier Licenses.
