About the Role
RB Holdings is seeking a Head Waiter/Waitress to join the Front of House team at Oswald's, a fine-dining establishment in London. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional experiences to members and contribute to a growing hospitality group known for its discretion, craftsmanship, and personal service.
Responsibilities
- Ensure fast and efficient service for members and guests.
- Maintain table setup and mise-en-place before, during, and after service.
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure an exceptional fine-dining experience.
- Ensure all colleagues provide friendly, courteous, and professional service.
- Supervise and train junior waiters on service standards, menu knowledge, and guest etiquette.
- Provide detailed menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparation methods, and styles of service.
Requirements
- Significant experience working in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or private member’s club is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and guest-handling skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Salary/Compensations
- Up to £50,000 per annum
