This role is embedded in a growing, collaborative team that's shaping how midmarket clients think about risk, resilience, and real-world protection. You will be at the heart of things, designing, building, and delivering security that’s not just smart, but scalable, practical, and built to last.

Responsibilities

Run security assessments that make clients safer.
Lead pre-sales chats, translating risk into solutions.
Build and configure security technology.
Stay current on standards, frameworks, and threats (NIST CSF, ISO27001, ISO42001, ACSC Essential Eight).
Raise the bar for SME and midmarket security.
Explain risk to anyone with no jargon, no panic.

Requirements

Real-world experience implementing NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or other frameworks in the SME space.
Real-world experience around AI governance is a bonus.
Deep security knowledge across networks, apps, OS, firewalls, VPNs, databases, email, and more.
A pragmatic approach to risk, identifying and helping to fix problems.
Audit and compliance experience.
At least one heavyweight certification: CISSP, SSCP, CCSP, CISM, CISA.
MSP or MSSP experience is highly valued.
