About the Role

Lancer Scott is seeking a mobile Electrical Engineer to cover West London postcodes (SW and NW) for reactive repairs, maintenance, and minor project works. This role offers opportunities for career development within a rapidly expanding construction and facilities management company.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive repairs and maintenance, and minor project works.
• Ensure compliance with safe systems of work, risk assessments, method statements, and health and safety policy.
• Comply with specific client working processes and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of works done and any further works or recommendations required.
• Carry out planned and reactive repairs to meet SLA attendance and completion deadlines.
• Undertake additional multi-skilled tasks, leveraging good building services knowledge.
• Carry out minor new works and project installations.
• Be proactive and customer-focused with good communication skills.
• Adhere to Lancer Scott FM procedures and systems, maintaining clear and legible records.
• Undertake works on domestic, industrial, and commercial installations.
• Be available to work out of hours from time to time and participate in the callout rota.

Requirements

• Approved City & Guilds Electrician or Building Services equivalent qualification.
• Qualified to 18th Edition IEE regulations.
• Good organizational skills and a positive outlook.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a flexible approach to work requirements.
• Capable of using PDA to utilize company CAFM system and emails.
• City & Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection qualified (Desirable).
• Gold CSCS Card Holder (Desirable).
• Site Health & Safety Training (Desirable).
• First Aid training (Desirable).
