About the Role
We are seeking a social education specialist for the 'Temporary Learning Group' project in part-time employment, to begin immediately. This role is within the full-day care program with integrated school social work at a primary school in the Spandau district.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and implement educational programs to support secondary school students, collaborating with parents and school staff.
- Accompany group lessons for the learning group alongside subject teachers for English, Mathematics, and German.
- Organize student involvement in the temporary learning group and conduct school support conferences, involving close cooperation with the school, team, and youth welfare office.
- Advise and support students in resolving school-related conflicts and managing personal issues.
Requirements
- Possession of a degree in social education or state recognition as a qualified educator.
- Clear pedagogical principles.
- Enjoyment of working with and supervising adolescents.
- Flexibility, commitment, and creativity.
