About the Role
The Product Manager is responsible for achieving sales and profit targets for product groups, maximizing return for TD SYNNEX and the vendor through sales enablement, marketing programs, sales training, sales support, technical pre-sales support, and vendor contract and relationship management. Activities are targeted at both the TD SYNNEX sales team and the partner community.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and execution of business plans for the vendor product group and associated services to achieve agreed vendor revenue targets, including business forecasting and planning.
- Implement sales enablement and marketing programs for TD SYNNEX and partners to support product group objectives.
- Develop an understanding of markets, customer needs, and competition.
- Assist in designing effective planning, including inventory turns, inventory fulfillment, and inventory obsolescence minimization.
- Provide various reports for commercial decision-making.
- Maintain and develop operational-level vendor relationships to ensure continuously improving vendor and partner satisfaction.
- Support the sales team to ensure optimal performance for the relevant product group through close collaboration with the Channels Sales Team.
- Maintain knowledge of sales processes, proposals, pipeline management, and partner engagement to recommend remedial actions for product leadership.
