About the Role

Join our Strategy & Operations team and support Capgemini Germany's management in successfully shaping and implementing strategic initiatives. You will work closely with our Sales Transformation Lead on strategic initiatives and their implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop management presentations, from storyline to visualization and quality assurance.
  • Prepare internal communication content for project wins, key deals, and references.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses and derive relevant trends and developments.
  • Validate strategic approaches through research and data analysis.
  • Support the preparation of leadership and sales meetings.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a business-related field such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or Data/Analytics.
  • First experience in strategy, market analysis, or consulting, or a desire to develop in these areas.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
  • Very good PowerPoint and solid Excel skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and strong communication skills, even with sensitive management topics.
  • Very good German and good English language skills.
