About the Role
Become part of our Sales Management & Operations Team and support Capgemini Germany's sales organization in effectively managing sales activities and enabling sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Steering and optimizing sales-relevant processes, initiatives, and governance structures in close cooperation with sales management.
- Supporting the further development of sales strategy through market analyses and the implementation of strategic goals into concrete sales measures.
- Creating management presentations, reports, and dashboards on sales performance as a basis for decision-making for executives.
- Analyzing pipeline, forecast, and sales data to identify optimization potential and derive recommendations for action.
- Coordinating sales and management meetings, company-wide sales communication, and cross-departmental projects with sales and business units.
Requirements
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a business-related degree program, e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Data & Analytics, or a comparable field.
- Interest in Sales Management, Sales Strategy, or Sales Operations and a desire to gain practical experience in this environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
- Very good PowerPoint and good Excel skills; initial experience with reporting or BI tools is an advantage.
- Proactive, reliable, and strong communication skills.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
