About the Role
Use your analytics expertise to influence strategy, optimise performance and create meaningful member impact. This role turns complex digital and marketing data into clear, actionable recommendations that help drive member growth, engagement and retention. You will identify trends, opportunities and performance improvements across various channels and partner with teams to influence strategic decisions through data-driven storytelling.
Responsibilities

- Identify trends, opportunities and performance improvements across web, digital, marketing and member experience channels
- Influence strategic and day-to-day decisions through data-driven storytelling and analysis
Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience in Digital Insights, Digital Analytics or Marketing Analytics
- Degree-level qualifications in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Studies, Applied Finance, Data Science or a related analytical discipline
- Advanced SQL skills and experience analysing large, complex datasets
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and digital performance reporting
- Strong web analytics experience across Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Google Analytics and Tealeaf
- Hands-on experience with Tableau, Tableau Prep and data visualisation
- Exposure to Snowflake, AWS or other enterprise data warehouse environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
- Ability to translate technical findings into simple, actionable recommendations
- Proactive approach with strong commercial and problem-solving skills
- Ability to turn data into stories, insights into action, and opportunities into results
