About the Role
As we continue expanding our AI product surface, we're looking for a Product Designer to help shape how people interact with AI at work. This role involves designing genuinely new interaction patterns around prompting, agentic workflows, streaming outputs, uncertainty, and human-in-the-loop moments. You'll have end-to-end ownership across core product areas, working closely with Product and Engineering from the earliest stages of a problem through to shipped product.
Responsibilities
- Own design end-to-end for core product areas, from problem framing and research through exploration, prototyping, and polished shipped experiences
- Design genuinely novel AI interactions, including prompting, agentic workflows, streaming outputs, uncertainty, and human-in-the-loop experiences
- Drive research within your product area by speaking directly with end users and using product data to understand behaviour, identify problems, and advocate for users
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering from day one, helping shape what gets built rather than simply designing how it looks
- Prototype quickly to make ambiguous ideas tangible, test different directions, and de-risk decisions before committing significant build time
- Contribute to and help scale our agentic design system as the product surface grows, creating reusable patterns and components that raise the bar across the product
Requirements
- AI-native across the full process, using AI to elevate work beyond speed.
- Strong user and behavioural design experience, including designing for environments where buyer and user incentives may differ.
- AI product design experience with a point of view on the future of AI product design.
- Strong product ownership, comfortable owning outcomes and measuring success by value created.
- Comfort in ambiguity, thriving in a fast-moving, light-process environment and helping shape processes.
- Strong craft and systems fluency, creating reusable patterns and components.
- Clear reasoning and communication skills, able to explain design decisions and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Frontend / code fluency is a plus, enabling shipping in code and working at the intersection of design and implementation.
- Serious research or behavioural depth is a plus, with specialized expertise in behavioural science, psychology, cognitive science, or rigorous research methods.
