About the Role
We are seeking a Leasing Manager with a focus on commercial leasing for our own real estate portfolio to strengthen our leasing team.
Responsibilities
- Independent leasing of commercial spaces and parking spaces in the existing portfolio
- Development and implementation of leasing strategies to reduce vacancies
- Management of the entire leasing process
- Preparation and negotiation of lease agreements in coordination with management and legal/technical departments
- Creation of calculations, decision proposals, and reports, as well as data maintenance
- Market and competitor observation, as well as maintenance and expansion of the network with tenants, brokers, and business partners
- Organization of handovers and acceptances
Requirements
- Training in the real estate sector (e.g., real estate agent), degree with a focus on real estate economics or management, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in commercial leasing
- Good knowledge of lease administration and residential property management processes
- Proficient in MS Office and common applications
- Structured, independent work style and strong communication skills
- Very good German language skills
- Driver's license class B
