About the Role
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the club and perform pool & life guarding duties, ensuring a safe and sparkling environment for members.
Responsibilities
- Ensure studios are sparkling before each class by cleaning all equipment and wiping mirrors and floors.
- Clean and prepare equipment required by each member.
- Create an environment where members love spending time.
- Supervise the pool, spa, and sauna, ensuring a safe space.
- Perform life guarding duties where necessary.
- Find ways to give members that little bit extra, especially when unexpected.
Requirements
- Warm, honest, and genuine demeanor.
- Neat-freak reputation and a love for creating a clean environment.
- Ability to help members find what they need.
- Comfortable communicating at all levels.
- Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule.
- May have some hospitality sector experience.
- May have some lifeguarding experience.
- Comfortable in the pool.
