Responsibilities
- Managing daily culinary operations and exceeding quality standards.
- Leading, coaching, and mentoring a kitchen team to foster creativity, excellence, and safety.
- Ensuring effective communication and maintaining a collaborative kitchen culture.
- Managing menu costings, forecasting, budgeting, and driving operational efficiency.
- Overseeing the kitchen’s transition to new premises in June.
- Promoting allergy awareness and ensuring compliance with OH&S and food safety guidelines.
- Planning and developing seasonal, sustainable menus with innovative offerings.
Requirements
- Chef trade qualifications with at least 3 years of senior culinary experience.
- High end/fine dining experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Commercial acumen with budget management experience.
- Experience in a corporate or client-based environment preferred.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including ordering and payroll.
- Food Safety – Supervisory certificate.

- $46.00 Per Hour + 25% Casual Loading + Penalty Rates + 12% Super
