About the Role

Develop innovative solutions for planning, forecasting, reporting, and automating business processes using modern AI technologies, guiding projects from concept to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI applications, data solutions, and prototypes with Python, TypeScript, and SQL.
• Build and advance AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Integrate data sources, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Develop data models, analytics solutions, and predictive analytics applications.
• Create and optimize forecast, classification, and anomaly detection models.
• Develop reusable components, agent skills, and templates.
• Ensure quality through testing, code reviews, and documentation.
• Evaluate new technologies and independently develop prototypes.
• Present results and findings to the team and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Data Science, Finance, Controlling, or a related field.
• Interest in business contexts, Finance, Controlling, data analysis, and digitalization.
• Initial practical experience in Finance or Controlling, data analysis, or digital technology projects.
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for evaluating data, identifying correlations, and deriving recommendations.
• Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or similar data preparation and analysis tools.
• Understanding of corporate KPIs, reporting processes, and data-driven decision-making.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, and innovative financial technologies.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach.
• High willingness to learn, initiative, and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
