About the Role

Reimagine complex, data-heavy B2B/ERP software for over 50,000 e-commerce merchants in an AI-native world. As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape product direction, experience quality, and design strategy. You will evolve and scale our design system, implement strong user-centered methods, and elevate design execution. You will also support and mentor other designers to strengthen team skills and build a consistent, high-quality design culture.

Responsibilities

Develop and scale design systems across multiple products (patterns, tokens, components).
Actively apply UX methods such as user research, journey mapping, and usability testing in product development.
Structure complex or ambiguous problem spaces and derive clear UX strategies.
Present and confidently communicate design decisions to teams and leadership.
Mentor junior and mid-level designers and help raise the overall design quality.
Drive iterative product improvements based on user feedback and data.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, including ideally 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
Proficient in Figma and experience with AI-assisted design tools (e.g. Figma AI, Galileo, Midjourney, ChatGPT/Claude for UX writing, or comparable).
Strong experience in B2B environments with complex, data-heavy applications.
Strong portfolio and a track record of shipping real products.
Experience applying UX methods to inform product decisions.
Proven experience in designing AI-powered features, conversational UIs, and integrating AI into product workflows.
Experience designing AI-driven workflows or integrating large language model (LLM) capabilities into design processes.
Able to own and evolve a design system across multiple products.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, structuring complex problems, and working independently.
Fluent in English.
Open for business trips or live ideally near Berlin or Cologne.
