About the Role

This role involves end-to-end execution and promotion of new system design, development, operation, and adoption within financial accounting, management accounting, budget management, and performance management domains. You will provide value to the Chief Financial Officer by leading IT solutions including SAP, Oracle, Tagetik, Anaplan, and generative AI technologies, managing requirements definition, design, implementation, testing, and operation.

Responsibilities

Define the grand design of technology architecture across core systems, EPM, data warehouses, and AI platforms for the entire finance and management accounting domain.
AI-driven delivery (design, implementation, testing) for IT solutions such as SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO, Oracle ERP Cloud, Tagetik, and Anaplan.
AI-driven execution of data migration plans, integration testing plans for related systems, and interface implementation.
Lead the implementation of touchless operations for CFO departments (accounting, finance, corporate planning, IR, sustainability) from a technology perspective, leveraging generative AI.
Process reform and IT implementation for accounts receivable/payable management, closing/general accounting, fixed asset management, annual budget compilation, forecast management, consolidated accounting, performance management, and management accounting.
Supervise and develop team members.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in implementation/deployment of SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO, Oracle ERP Cloud, CCH Tagetik, or Anaplan.
2+ years of experience in implementation/deployment of SAP SAC/Datasphere, BW, BDC, BPC, BOFC, or BTP.
2+ years of experience in implementation/deployment of Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion Planning, or HFM.
2+ years of experience in detailed design, construction, testing, and go-live support for accounting systems.
Actively hiring SIers, consultants, and individuals from business companies with a desire for technology.
Knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, and budget/performance management domains.
Project management experience.
