About the Role
The Patient Coordinator executes all front office duties and provides support to patients, providers, and support staff. This role is open to individuals with no prior experience but a strong interest in healthcare, teamwork, and attention to detail, along with schedule flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming phone calls, scheduling-related tasks, and online leads efficiently and professionally.
- Create a positive phone call experience for every caller.
- Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance service quality.
- Understand provider-to-patient flow and anticipate provider needs.
- Perform inventory responsibilities and stock supplies and equipment.
- Attend all in-house training and continued education opportunities.
Requirements
- Computer savvy with familiarity in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent patient relation and customer service skills.
- Must be professional, reliable, and dedicated.
- Open availability to work during weekdays and weekends.

Salary/Compensations
- $15-18.50 per hour
