About the Role
Join our Liverpool FC team as a Retail Sales Advisor at our brand-new London store. This role is a unique chance to be part of something fresh and ambitious, playing a key role in the continued growth and evolution of LFC Retail. You will be at the heart of our in-store experience, ensuring every visitor enjoys the highest possible standard of service and leaves feeling part of the LFC family.
Responsibilities
- Dealing with customer sales and refunds, ensuring a focus on customer care and the customer experience.
- Till work including processing cash and card payments.
- Gaining and building upon Product knowledge to provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Basic Sales Management through driving the AVS, UPT and Conversion by offering add on sales and upselling.
- Merchandising/display.
- Stock shrinkage and cash flow controls.
- Supporting in receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.
Requirements
- Recent retail store and customer service experience in a customer facing role.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confident in delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team.
