- Proven ability to coordinate daily operations and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality food service standards.
- Sound understanding of food safety, hygiene, and compliance requirements.
- Good eye for detail.

- Availability to work 5am - 1:30pm Monday to Friday.
