About the Role

Johnson Controls is seeking a Building Analytics Engineer to drive operational excellence for Service Operations Teams. This role provides technical analysis of energy, analytics, and automation systems, supporting branches nationally and internal sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver contractual monitoring reports.
  • Create and execute measurement and verification plans.
  • Perform custom data analysis for various time-series data sets.
  • Manage OpenBlue Connected enabled sites activities, including workflow management and facility performance opportunity identification.
  • Provide support to Service Operations Teams and Sales Teams in Facility Performance tasks.
  • Identify, review, and track Facility Performance Opportunities (FPOs).
  • Manage OpenBlue Connected workflows and PSA delivery.
  • Manage OpenBlue Connected site outcomes and resolutions.
  • Generate OpenBlue Connected site reports.
  • Manage OpenBlue Connected site global rules.
  • Provide Digital Solutions operational training and update communications.
  • Assist Client Solutions Managers (CSMs) and Service Account Managers (SAMs) with engineering support for roadmaps and ROI models.
  • Manage OpenBlue Connected chiller operations.
  • Deliver to JCI customers within predetermined financial and non-financial objectives.
  • Lead Frontline Service Professionals (FLSPs) and Client Solutions Managers (CSMs) to drive growth.
  • Provide monthly reporting on Facility Performance Opportunities (FPOs), OpenBlue Connected, and Connected Chillers forecasting.

Requirements

  • Significant understanding in Facility Performance and Sustainability.
  • Strong understanding of Facility HVAC, Chillers, Mechanical and Electrical systems.
  • Previous experience supervising or directing the work of other technicians.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer focus approach.
  • Sound commercial and business acumen.
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to program or code software.
