About the Role
W Sydney is seeking a Chef de Partie for its BTWN Breakfast outlet. The ideal candidate has genuine excitement and passion for food, a desire to grow in the industry, and experience working with quality products, particularly in the pastry section. This role requires a commitment to learning and achieving excellence.
Responsibilities
- Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
- Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
- Complete safety training and certifications
Requirements
- Available to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed for business demands
- Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced and quality-driven working environment
- Must be passionate about food and keen to showcase their ability in a fast-paced environment
- Well-developed ability to work independently and as part of a strong, diverse and dynamic team
- Excellent organisational skills and strong work ethic
- Enthusiasm, awareness and great teamwork
- Able to communicate and showcase reliability
