  • A practical, collaborative and inclusive approach to change and continuous improvement.
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant certifications in education, information technology, computer science, data science, business, law, risk or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
  • Certifications or professional development in change management, project delivery, Microsoft technologies, Copilot, cloud platforms or AI governance will also be viewed favourably.
  • You are a confident communicator and practical change enabler who can make AI feel clear, useful and safe for different audiences.
  • You bring strong stakeholder engagement skills, curiosity, and the ability to turn complex ideas into practical guidance that helps teams build confidence and capability.
