About the Role
Lead your own crew, take pride in quality work, and build a long-term career. This hands-on leadership role involves leading from the front to deliver high-quality grounds maintenance across commercial and open space contracts.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a small mobile crew
- Plan daily works and allocate tasks
- Ensure sites meet contract standards
- Operate zero-turn and out-front mowers
- Conduct pruning, hedging, mulching & planting
- Undertake weed spraying & pest control
- Maintain equipment and ensure safe work practices
- Deliver consistent, high-quality presentation across sites
Requirements
- Experience in horticulture / parks & gardens / landscaping
- Previous team leading or supervisory experience preferred
- Current Driver’s Licence (essential)
- White Card
- Strong safety focus
