About the Role

Join our hospitality team at Bossley Parkside Care Community as a versatile and caring General Services Officer. In this diverse role, you will rotate between food service, cleaning, and laundry, making a tangible difference every day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in our dining room, serve meals with care, and know resident preferences.
• Ensure resident rooms and community areas are clean, safe, and welcoming, paying attention to detail.
• Manage residents' personal laundry with respect and care.
• Work as a key part of a supportive team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all residents.
• Follow strict safety, sanitary, and infection control protocols in all tasks.

Requirements

• A passion for helping people and making a difference in your community.
• A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to learn across different areas of hospitality.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical, Police check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
