About the Role
Georgie is seeking a hands-on Restaurant & Bar Floor Manager to lead Front of House service, enhance guest experiences, and contribute to the venue's future growth. This role offers the chance to lead from the floor, make a significant impact, and fast-track career progression within 6-12 months.
Responsibilities
- Spend 80% of time on the floor, leading service and engaging guests
- Dedicate 20% of time to administrative and reporting tasks
- Lead and mentor a high-energy team to deliver seamless, top-tier service
- Create a fun, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere for guests
- Drive operational efficiency and ensure smooth lunch and dinner service
- Train, mentor, and develop FOH team members
- Oversee stock, budgets, and compliance
Requirements
- Experience as a Restaurant or Bar Supervisor or similar leadership role
- A natural host who thrives on guest interactions and creating memorable experiences
- A proactive and hands-on leader who loves being on the floor
- Strong operational skills with a keen eye for detail and service excellence
- Someone looking to grow into a senior hospitality leadership role
