About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our property management team with accounting tasks. This role offers a flexible part-time schedule and the opportunity to contribute to a growing, quality-focused real estate management company.
Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping and coding of ancillary cost statements, incoming/outgoing invoices
- Processing of advance VAT returns
- Account reconciliation and balance comparison
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Supporting the management of rental and operating costs
- Collaborating with property management, external partners, and the administration team
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
- Experience in real estate or property management accounting
- Sound knowledge of Haufe booking tools or comparable accounting software
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Independent, structured way of working, reliability, and discretion
