Behavioral Milestones pairs naturalistic, play-based therapy for the client with a team culture that keeps you connected. We’re looking for seasoned RBTs who are ready to trade "rigid programs" for creative, real-world engagement.
Responsibilities
- Turn everyday moments into high-impact learning opportunities for the client.
- Collect accurate data without breaking the natural flow of the session.
- Work closely with supervisors and families to ensure functional, real-world success.
Requirements
- 2+ years of in-home ABA experience (Required).
- You see every environment from the living room to the grocery store as a classroom.
- You value high clinical standards and love implementing supervisor feedback to grow.
