About the Role
The intern will support the revenue assurance team by conducting research, verification, and administrative tasks related to international live and audiovisual performances. This role offers hands-on experience in the international royalties distribution cycle and contributes to optimizing existing reporting tools.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze revenue opportunities and information related to international Live Performances using permitted AI-based research tools
- Verify copyright and performance data, and cross-check payments
- Collect and normalize information related to major international venues
- Analyze revenue data for audiovisual performances using Amplify tool to identify gaps between amounts received and missing, assisting in revenue recovery
- Research and identify foreign partners inquiries/claims where additional follow-up is due or needed
- Synthesize research and verification findings to update international tracking systems
- Regular attendance
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university as an undergraduate student
- Must return to school in the Fall of 2026
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
Skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy when verifying copyright, performance, and revenue data across multiple databases
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and reporting research results
- Problem-solving skills to provide insights on challenges and improve data quality and reporting processes
- Proficiency with spreadsheet and data analysis tools, such as Excel or similar platforms, for tracking and analyzing revenue data
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn about the international industry
