This long-term temporary role involves delivering electrical and general building maintenance across a high-profile commercial office site in Central London, ensuring all systems are safe, compliant, and fully operational.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Responding to reactive maintenance issues
• Electrical fault finding and repairs
• Supporting general building maintenance tasks (multi-skilled)
• Monitoring and maintaining building systems
• Ensuring all work complies with health & safety regulations

Requirements

• Qualified Electrician (NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role
• Confident using fire alarm panels (essential)
• Experience within commercial office environments preferred
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Reliable and professional approach
