About the Role

A strong opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer to support maintenance operations within a critical environment in North London. This role suits someone experienced in mechanical building services and comfortable working to high compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical systems
• Respond to reactive maintenance issues and breakdowns
• Maintain and repair HVAC, plant equipment, and associated systems
• Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety regulations
• Accurately record maintenance activities and report findings
• Support wider site maintenance operations where required

Requirements

• Relevant mechanical qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
• Experience in a commercial or critical environment (e.g. healthcare, labs, or similar)
• Strong understanding of HVAC and building services systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and professional approach
• Right to Work in the UK
• Experience in regulated or high-compliance environments
• Additional multi-skilled maintenance experience
