About the Role

A short-term opportunity is available for an Electrical Engineer to support maintenance operations within a healthcare and academic environment in North London. This is a hands-on role combining both electrical and basic plumbing maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems
• Respond to reactive maintenance issues across site
• Undertake basic plumbing maintenance alongside electrical tasks
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities

Requirements

• Recognised electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a commercial, healthcare, or facilities environment
• Ability to carry out both electrical and basic plumbing works
• Strong fault-finding skills
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Right to Work in the UK
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (Desirable)
• Experience working in healthcare or critical environments (Desirable)
