About the Role

A long-term opportunity is available for a Multi-Skilled Electrician to work on a high-profile commercial site in Central London. This is a steady role with consistent hours, suited to an experienced engineer comfortable working in a professional, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across electrical and building systems
• Respond to reactive maintenance issues and faults
• Operate and manage fire alarm panels confidently
• Support general building maintenance tasks where required
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of works carried out

Requirements

• Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Experience in a commercial building maintenance environment
• Confident using and managing fire alarm panels (essential)
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
• Right to Work in the UK
