Behavioral Milestones is seeking a BCBA to provide high-quality ABA services without sacrificing work-life balance. We are a naturalistic, play-based agency focused on clinician support through low billable requirements, manageable caseloads, and a supportive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, in-person weekly supervision to therapists in home, school, and/or community settings.
- Lead parent training sessions focused on functional, meaningful success for the family.
- Execute naturalistic, play-based philosophy through overlapping sessions.
- Participate in leadership meetings to shape agency growth and excellence.
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Ability to embed complex goals into naturalistic settings.
