About the Role
Join our internal central recruiting team in Berlin as a (Senior) Recruiter for Eastern Europe. This role offers an unlimited contract with a top personnel service provider and numerous benefits.
Responsibilities
- Support branches with volume requests pragmatically, quickly, and collaboratively.
- Fill vacancies in the skilled labor sector for temporary employment and personnel placement, from candidate outreach to presentation.
- Accompany the onboarding of new recruiting colleagues and share best practices within the team.
- Utilize modern recruiting tools and AI solutions to enhance process efficiency and set new standards.
- Maintain high communication levels with applicants and internal interfaces via phone, written correspondence, and multiple languages.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an office management clerk, personnel services clerk, dialogue marketing clerk, foreign language correspondent, or a comparable qualification.
- Recruiting experience, ideally in the personnel services industry; career changers are welcome.
- Foreign language skills in multiple languages: In addition to good German, proficiency in at least one Eastern European language (Polish or Russian/Ukrainian) is required. Romanian/Bulgarian or a Balkan language is also acceptable.
- Proficient in MS Office; ideally, experience with zvoove pdl/recruit and modern recruiting tools.
- Enjoy high interaction, phone-based communication, and a dynamic work environment with pace, teamwork, reliability, and a structured approach.
