About the Role

Hunter is hiring junior consultants for its Digital Solutions Practice to be trained in Epic applications and support the deployment of Epic enterprise software across the South East of England. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the planning, design, and configuration of Epic EPR solutions.
• Manage technical elements of Epic implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and execute test scripts across clinical and administrative workflows.
• Deliver hands-on training to clinical staff and end users.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement of Epic functionalities.
• Contribute to day-to-day client interactions, representing Hunter professionally.
• Develop an understanding of client priorities and organisational context.
• Participate in meetings, capture key decisions and actions, and follow up on responsibilities.
• Support internal knowledge-building efforts across the Epic and digital health practices.
• Contribute to proposal development through research, insight gathering, or drafting sections.
• Get involved in wider firm growth initiatives, including case studies, events, and thought leadership.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and foster positive team dynamics.
• Actively seek feedback and contribute to your own professional development.
• Engage with internal communities of practice and support knowledge sharing across the business.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any subject, with a minimum 2:1 classification.
• Candidates without a degree may substitute with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Transferable experience in technical support, business analysis, project management, healthcare, or IT is preferred.
• A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset is essential.
• Must be able to travel UK wide.
