About the Role
We are seeking a senior engineer to build and own AI-powered product features end-to-end, leveraging AI coding tools to accelerate development across the full stack. This role emphasizes clean, reliable code and the ability to take ambiguous problems to shipped, maintained features.
Responsibilities
- Own features end to end: scope, design, build, ship, measure, and iterate
- Design pragmatic data models and database schemas
- Use AI coding tools as a core part of your workflow
- Turn complex product challenges into concrete, shippable technical plans
- Raise the bar on code quality
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers and customers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping production software
- Track record of owning features end to end
- Hands-on experience as an AI-native Engineer
- Ability to get high-quality, production-ready output
- Experience with relational databases and solid schema design instincts
- Understanding of modern cloud infrastructure
- Experience with Kubernetes will be a great plus
- Fluency in at least one modern language: TypeScript, Python, Go, or similar
- True fullstack ownership: comfortable across backend, data, and frontend
- Clear communication and a collaborative, low-ego approach to code review and design
