APG & Co. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team at the Sportscraft Chatswood Store. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and driving team performance within a premium retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer-focused service rooted in the brand’s authenticity and confidence.
- Assist in managing budgets, interpreting financial reports, and crafting efficient rosters.
- Support the Manager in driving team performance, productivity, and skill development.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining control over stock and executing flawless visual merchandising.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
Requirements
- Retail Management experience in a high end or premium retail environment.
- Ability to drive store performance and the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
- Proven ability and passion to train, develop and motivate team members in a fast paced retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and expectations.
- An obvious love for fashion and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
- Flexible and innovative approach in reacting positively to changing work demands.
