About the Role
Independently manage the day-to-day commercial running of select Rest of World (ROW) distributor accounts, focusing on the Middle East, South East Asia, and East Asia. Own customer relationships end-to-end and drive business with distributors. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to manage forecasting, stock, order execution, and performance analysis, while achieving growth plans.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage the day-to-day commercial running of distributor accounts, owning customer relationships across the Middle East, South East Asia, and East Asia.
- Own the P&L for accounts, driving profitable, sustainable growth and delivering against commercial targets and growth plans.
- Lead accurate forecasting and stock management for partners, ensuring product availability.
- Own order execution end-to-end, ensuring timely placement, processing, and delivery.
- Analyze commercial performance using data to identify opportunities, track results, and make sound decisions.
- Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to support market growth.
- Drive agreed growth plans with distributors, autonomously managing day-to-day business.
- Contribute to the Brighter Future Sustainability Strategy and company OKRs.
Requirements
- Experience managing distributors and/or working within the food & beverage industry.
- Proven P&L ownership, delivering against commercial targets.
- Proven experience as a National Account Executive (NAE) or similar commercial role, with autonomous account management capability.
- Analytical and commercially minded approach, with confidence in data-driven decision-making.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
