About the Role
This role is a hybrid of executive support and digital transformation, focused on deploying AI tools to manage technical correspondence and identify business opportunities within the fire safety sector. As a Level 3 Apprentice, you will dedicate 20% of your time to off-the-job training in digital transformation, data security, and AI prompt engineering, applying these skills to the company's fire safety operations.
Responsibilities
- Utilize AI to filter, tag, and organize the MD's emails, prioritizing technical queries.
- Draft AI-generated responses that maintain the MD’s professional tone and ensure accuracy of technical references and legal context.
- Efficiently route inquiries to the correct internal teams, preventing aged communications or missed debtor payments.
- Employ AI prospecting tools to identify new clients in the UK construction and FM sectors.
- Focus outreach on profitable product lines, specifically fire sprinklers and gas suppression systems.
- Maintain and grow the CRM service base using AI functionality to capture full lifecycle value.
- Assist in tracking changes to UK legislation and JCT contract law for communication compliance.
- Identify and automate repetitive administrative tasks using AI to enhance the MD's decision-making capacity.
Requirements
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject.
- If you hold international equivalents of the required qualifications, you must provide an official document from UK ENIC comparing them to UK qualifications at the time of application.
