About the Role

Housekeeping Attendants are responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable guest rooms and public areas in accordance with Hotel 32One’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures
• Dust and wipe surfaces such as windows, doors, walls, headboards, baseboards, and furniture
• Replace linens, towels, and guest room amenities; restock supplies as needed
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged/missing items to a supervisor
• Turn in lost and found items in accordance with Company procedures
• Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean, organized, and fully stocked condition
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas
• Provide courteous and professional service when responding to guest requests
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward guests and coworkers
• Follow all Company policies, safety rules, and housekeeping procedures
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Lifting, pushing, or pulling items (such as linens or carts)
• Repetitive cleaning tasks
• Lift, push, or pull items weighing up to 25–30 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally, with or without assistance
