About the Role
Housekeeping Attendants are responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable guest rooms and public areas in accordance with Hotel 32One’s standards.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures
- Dust and wipe surfaces such as windows, doors, walls, headboards, baseboards, and furniture
- Replace linens, towels, and guest room amenities; restock supplies as needed
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged/missing items to a supervisor
- Turn in lost and found items in accordance with Company procedures
- Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean, organized, and fully stocked condition
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas
- Provide courteous and professional service when responding to guest requests
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward guests and coworkers
- Follow all Company policies, safety rules, and housekeeping procedures
- Be able to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Lifting, pushing, or pulling items (such as linens or carts)
- Repetitive cleaning tasks
- Lift, push, or pull items weighing up to 25–30 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally, with or without assistance
