About the Role
You will become an integral part of our Global Service Desk, supporting our UK offices with hardware-related requests, equipment builds, walk-up support, laptop deployments, hardware disposals and other first-line IT tasks. You will complete a structured Cloud Support Specialist apprenticeship, developing the technical and professional skills needed to become well-rounded IT Support Engineers.

Requirements

- Good general IT literacy and confidence using Windows, Microsoft 365 and everyday technology
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow documented processes accurately

- Any IT-related qualifications (GCSE/A-Level Computer Science, CompTIA ITF+, Google IT Support, etc.) are beneficial
- Awareness of cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure or AWS is beneficial
