About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Bonds Market City outlet. This is a full-time position at 38 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of inclusive, positive, and respectful customer experiences
- Assist with training, coaching, and development to help the team achieve store budgets and KPIs
- Support the setup and maintenance of in-store displays in line with visual merchandising (VM) guidelines
- Assist with stock processing and deliveries as part of day-to-day store operations
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and wider team on operational and additional tasks as required
Requirements
- This role may involve extended time on your feet and supporting stock handling as part of daily store activities.
